With development approval now in place, these two sites (Lot 1 at 1,100m² and Lot 18 at 1,650m²) will deliver multi-tenancy industrial warehouses designed to meet the growing demand from businesses drawn to Ipswich’s booming logistics and trade corridor.

As development managers, we have led the project from early planning through to DA approval. Our current focus is delivering detailed design, securing building approval, and managing the construction tender process. With major brands already embedded in the region, our approach is not just about completing buildings — it’s about creating highly usable, future-proofed industrial assets that meet the evolving needs of occupiers and investors alike.
