The Urban Developer Residential Developer Summit

Jaryd Collins, General Manager – Development at Atrio Property, was invited to participate in The Urban Developer's Brisbane Residential Developer Summit alongside Bruce Harper (AVID Property Group), David Trask (Trask Land) and Alexandra Stuart-Robertson (Gallery Group).
Drawing on extensive experience delivering residential communities across SEQ, Jaryd contributed a practical perspective on the realities of bringing new land supply to market. Through Atrio's active project portfolio spanning more than six local government areas, he works across acquisition, approvals, infrastructure delivery and project execution, providing firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping the region's growth.
The panel explored housing affordability, infrastructure delivery, approval pathways and the future supply of residential land, with discussion focused on the reforms and investment needed to support sustainable growth across South East Queensland.
