18 June 2026 / Ipswich, Queensland
Jaryd Collins, General Manager – Development at Atrio Property, participated in UDIA Queensland's Unlocking Ipswich event alongside industry leaders and project team representatives involved in preparing the Western Growth Corridor Structure Plan.
Led by Kris Kapan, Director at Urbis, the discussion focused on the future of the Western Growth Corridor, a region identified to accommodate approximately 20,000 new dwellings and play a significant role in meeting South East Queensland's future housing needs.
Drawing on Atrio's active projects in Ripley, Rosewood and the broader Western Corridor, Jaryd shared insights into the opportunities and challenges associated with delivering growth-area communities. Discussion centred on the coordination of planning, infrastructure and development required to support sustainable long-term growth.
