Atrio have been engaged by social investments group Civitas, to provide acquisition, feasibility analysis, design, council approval and development management services to this 1 into 3 lot Community Residences subdivision in Morayfield in Brisbane’s north. With an aim to provide three purpose-built community homes, each complete with 5 bedrooms, the project is set to be delivered by late 2025.
