Atrio have been engaged by social investments group Civitas, to provide acquisition, feasibility analysis, design, council approval and development management services to this 1 into 3 lot Community Residences subdivision in Morayfield in Brisbane’s north. The three purpose-built community homes have now been constructed, with works progressing on site and the project set to be delivered mid-2026.
