73 Yarrow Road is a 2.22 hectare site in Rosewood, inIpswich’s west. We’ve lodged a development application for a 28-lot residentialsubdivision. It’s new land in a part of the region that needs more homes focusedon affordability.
Our role
We’ve been involved from before day one. We carried out duediligence for the developer before they bought the site, and we’re now takingit through DA and operational works approvals. From there we’ll deliver thecivil works and see the project through to registered titles. One team, startto finish.
Location
Rosewood has held onto what makes it a good place to live:heritage streets, a real country feel and a train line linking to Ipswich andBrisbane. It’s also still within reach for first home buyers and youngfamilies, and that’s why more people are looking west.
The site is close to the train station, local schools, thegolf club and the new Thagoona town centre precinct.
