Argel Cochico

Argel is an Administration and Accounts professional at Atrio Property, supporting the team with day-to-day operational, financial and administrative functions. His role includes managing CRM data, coordinating client and consultant communications, assisting with bookkeeping and cashflow tracking, and ensuring accurate record-keeping across internal systems.

Before joining Atrio Property, Argel worked in administration and accounts roles, including at Trilogy Care Pty Ltd in Brisbane, where he coordinated supplier and client communications, managed accounts payable and receivable, reconciled financial statements and provided dependable administrative support to senior managers.

Argel holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education (English) from Tarlac State University and is a Licensed Professional Teacher. He enjoys contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking team and takes pride in keeping Atrio’s internal systems, financial processes and project administration running smoothly behind the scenes.
