Chris’s ability to identify opportunity, give independent advice, build trust, and deliver complex projects with confidence and clarity continues to drive Atrio’s momentum and growth.
He brings deep expertise in commercial agreements, site acquisition, development strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Known for his calm, solutions-focused approach, Chris excels at leading diverse stakeholder groups - translating vision into commercially astute, mutually beneficial outcomes that deliver lasting value.
Beyond the commercial arena, Chris is a dedicated community contributor and a long-standing board member of one of South East Queensland’s largest community clubs, where he helps support initiatives that enhance local connection and wellbeing. Chris holds a Master of Project Management, an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction Management, and a Certificate IV in Built Environment and Engineering. He is a licensed REIQ Principal and Sales Agent, and is registered with the QBCC (Project Management Services).
