Dean is an accomplished Development Manager with a strong foundation in town planning and over a decade of experience shaping major urban projects across Queensland and abroad.
His career includes senior roles with Urbis, Economic Development Queensland, and the Department of State Development, where he played a key part in delivering some of the state’s most significant projects, including Howard Smith Wharves, Brisbane Quarter, Herston Quarter, Greater Flagstone, Yarrabilba and Caloundra South PDAs. Dean also spent time in the United Kingdom working on large-scale regeneration projects, broadening his perspective on how great places are created.
At Atrio, Dean applies this depth of planning knowledge to strengthen the front end of projects, supporting site acquisition, due diligence and planning reviews. He also works closely with the Development Management team to help deliver active projects and broaden Atrio’s capability for clients.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland.
