Taylor is a Development Manager with a strong foundation in urban and regional planning and over a decade of experience across the property development industry. His expertise spans research, planning strategy, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
In his previous role as Executive General Manager – Programs at UDIA Queensland, Taylor worked closely with developers, consultants, government agencies and industry stakeholders. He led research and strategic initiatives that informed planning policy, development feasibility, housing supply, sustainability and market intelligence across Queensland, while presenting research insights to executive teams, boards, government officials and industry leaders.
At Atrio, Taylor applies this depth of industry knowledge to strengthen projects through site acquisition, due diligence, planning strategy and project delivery. Drawing on his research expertise and collaborative approach, he helps clients make informed decisions and navigate the complexities of the development process.
Taylor holds qualifications in Human Geography and Planning, Urban Design and Urban and Regional Planning, providing a strong foundation for his strategic and evidence-based approach to development.
